Az City + AJ Parades

02/27/2010 12:09 PM

Three generations rode in the Arizona City Daze Parade this morning. Ms. Cadie Pratt, her dad, Steven, and his dad, Bryan waived to an enthusiastic crowd. Cadie was the belle - at only 2-1/2 years old she loves smiling and blowing kisses and looks forward to her own campaign in 2030.

Meanwhile Janice and I drove her car in the Apache Junction Lost Dutchman's Day parade. We were entry 44 among more than one hundred. The streets were jam packed with residents and winter visitors. There also seemed to be a lot of people headed to the rodeo grounds.

It's another great day in the disrict to get out and shake hands.
